SEPTEMBER - SAINT P / ISTANBUL

september was spent among exhibitions and gathering documents for visa application, followed by a long wait for the result. watched ballet at the Mariinsky theatre for the first time in a long while! weather is surprisingly warm for Russia, making one think more seriously about global warming. also visited an exhibition of a family friend at the Nabokov museum, then went to the hermitage and the russian Museum. its a bit sad that i wont see all of this again soon because at the end of the month I finally received confirmation for my visa, and now im heading to Spain to process my residency permit, YAAAY! i received an offer for a jewelry website for 8k pounds and hope to complete it by the end of november because besides this i have two more big projects. i'm very happy with how life is turning out. a year ago this was a goal that i thought would take at least two or three years of endless work. nikita worries that i'll get bored of europe like i did with istanbul or tbilisi, but i really doubt that. i only recently realized that the year will end soon and i'll have to refactor my diary. also, i have so many favorite spots that i simply don't have time and i'm too lazy to start filling in this part of the site. but i'll definitely do it soon
